Getting Involved

Illinois Business Consulting is an excellent opportunity to apply the concepts and theories you learn in the classroom to real business problems and issues. By joining a project team as a Consultant, you will develop and enhance your business skills, particularly related to project management, strategy formulation, data gathering and analysis, and presentations. After completing a project, you can be considered for a promotion to Senior Consultant or Project Manager, both positions providing you an opportunity to develop and practice your leadership skills.

If you are specifically interested in a career in the consulting industry, IBC is a great way to experience what consulting is like, and also equips you with relevant experience as you interview for jobs.
