Project Team Structure
Projects are staffed through interviews of students interested in IBC and the engagements
available each term. The IBC Leadership Team balances the student's interests with
their skills/ knowledge and the needs of the projects available for staffing.
Each team is supervised and guided by a Senior Manager and Project Manager assigned to the team. An appropriate number of Consultants and Senior Consultants are staffed based on the scope of the project. The typical team size is 4-8 people, including the Senior Manager. You are provided an opportunity to request their top three project choices, however these picks are not guaranteed.
IBC professional staff reviews all project contracts, mid-point and final deliverables prior to presentation to the client.
